Yes. We understand your family and friends are excited about your big day and want to document it too!

But, please do keep any professional equipment or flashes at home.

DO YOU OFFER RETOUCH SERVICES?

MSMP MEDIA LLC provides blemish and scarring retouching services.

Height, weight or facial feature changes is a process and cannot be created with the editing software we employ

*please note that extensive editing will incur additional hourly fees.

WHEN WILL WE RECEIVE OUR PHOTOS?

We Strive for Prompt Turn-Around Times. Our average is 30 calendar days.

Highlights, Sneak-peaks and Primers are provided within 7-days.

DO YOU HAVE TRAVEL FEES?

We do charge small travel fees if your venue is just out of the surrounding area of our main jurisdictions.

If travel is extensive we do consider it a destination wedding and will need to charge an hourly rate of $35 per hour of travel.

This helps cover wear and tear on vehicle, mileage and time and possible hotel expenses.

WE WON'T NEED AN ENGAGEMENT SHOOT!

If you do not need or want an engagement shoot. MSMP offers the choice to take the discounted price of $100 off your package price or you can add the additional hour to your wedding day!

CAN WE SWAP OUT THE SECOND SHOOTER FOR A VIDEOGRAPHER?

Absolutely!

We offer this service for the ceremony only totaling 1-hr.
