We Do Have Backup Photographers That We Can Reach out to in Case of a Needed Emergency!

CAN OUR GUESTS TAKE PHOTOS TOO?
Yes. We understand your family and friends are excited about your big day and want to document it too!
But, please do keep any professional equipment or flashes at home.
DO YOU OFFER RETOUCH SERVICES?
MSMP MEDIA LLC provides blemish, bruising and scarring retouching services.
Height, weight or facial feature changes and wayward hair is a process and difficult to be created with the editing software we employ and the turn around time that we stick to.
*please note that extensive editing will incur additional hourly fees.
WHEN WILL WE RECEIVE OUR PHOTOS?
We strive to give you quality wedding photos and if you wish to have certain bulks ahead of time instead of waiting for them all at once we are happy to do so!
Because of high demand and the owners being the only editors our turnaround varies depending on your bundle package and the month your wedding is.

DO YOU HAVE TRAVEL FEES?
We do not charge travel fees unless you reside in a different state from a specific photographer or the owners that you ask for.
WHAT IS YOUR BOOKING PROCESS?
We book up to two years in advance for some brides. So, we ask for a minimum of $800 or 1/2 your total as a non-refundable deposit to hold your date 24 hours after signing your agreement.
Although we are a team we still are boutique sized and have back ups picked for your day as well.
Will you need a vendor meal?
Yes!
We ask that our team and the owners each receive a vendor meal if working over 5hrs and/or during the reception/dinner.
We also ask that our team have a place to sit and eat their food and when the wedding party eats so we don't miss any important photo moments that you are wanting covered.
